We promised to help make your life using Audata Promo easier so today I'm going to share with you 3 quick hacks that really do have the potential to change your life...at least where Audata is concerned.
HACK # 1: Hot Key for Switching Between Station Profiles
If you've got more than a couple of station profiles than you are probably sick to death of the monotonous click, scroll, scroll, keep scrolling just to find the station that you're after.
Instead, from any page in the program just press forward Slash (/), type in the station name, hit enter or click on your station.

HACK # 2: Archiving Statuses
Trying to manage too many statuses can be a night mare. Check out a quick 2 minute video that shows you how to easily clean up your statuses without affecting your prizes here.

Hack # 3: Merging Duplicate Listeners
Merging your duplicates allows you to access accurate listener insights and also helps on air jocks make sure they're not awarding the same prize to the same winner more than once in a promo period.
To merge your winners, just select Audience from the top menu bar, then select Duplicates. Now just hit Merge All.
