Audata is excited to announce the appointment of Kaycee Frame to the position of Customer Success Specialist / Operations Manager.
Kaycee has an extensive & accomplished career in the Australian radio industry. She has worked in Promotions roles for stations including 2DayFM, as well as, more recently, a long stint as a Producer on the Fox FM breakfast show in Melbourne. “Kaycee has worked in Promotions, and as a Producer, and has experience using Audata products across both roles. She understands how our customers operate like nobody else,” said Audata Chief Executive Keegan Bakker.
“Acting as an advocate for our Customers, I know they are going to love working with her as much as we do.”
Kaycee will be joining the Audata Customer Success team, working to proactively help every Audata customer maximise the value of their Audata solutions. In addition, she has been appointed to the newly created Operations Manager role, overseeing and co- ordinating our day-to-day business activities, based in Melbourne.
Kaycee has started in her new role effective immediately, and the entire Audata team is extremely excited to have her on board.
